Sharing
Sharing what we have learned from our projects has made it possible for other organizations to replicate AMREF's work across Africa and world wide.
Our health education materials have been used across the globe. Our advice on health policies have been implemented at the community, district, and government levels.
The Newest Habari!
Habari (meaning 'news' in Swahili) is AMREF Canada's semi-annual newsletter.
Every year 1.5 million children are left without a mother because she dies trying to give birth to a brother or sister.
But AMREF Has a long legacy of improving maternal and child health. This issue of Habari focuses on our life saving work with mothers and babies in Africa. Enjoy!
